Laura trained at the Glasgow School of Art and got a BA Hons in Jewellery and Silversmithing in 1998. She went on to take part in several exhibitions in the UK including ‘Muse’ in Glasgow, ‘Fluid’, the ‘Medicate Collection of Contemporary Art’ with Damien Hirst and has had a piece of work in the London Science Museum.
After several years out she is back in the studio and making jewellery. Laura has discovered the joys of working with pewter. Rolling leaves and recycled patterned paper on to pewter creates wonderful imprints which can then be cut and shaped into jewellery forms.
Custom work is available so please get in touch with Laura if you wish to discuss a variation on an item you see here or to enquire about something new.
